Menopause in the Workplace
Reducing stigma, supporting wellbeing and retaining talent

Program Overview
Menopause in the Workplace builds awareness and practical capability to support employees experiencing menopause and perimenopause with dignity and inclusion.
The program explores how symptoms can impact participation at work and how stigma or misunderstanding can increase psychosocial risk and drive talent loss. Participants gain guidance on supportive conversations, reasonable adjustments and policy alignment. Aligned with anti-discrimination, WHS and Positive Duty obligations, the training positions menopause as an inclusion, wellbeing and retention priority.
