Program Overview

Gender Bias and Equity in the Workplace builds awareness of how overt and subtle gender bias impacts recruitment, pay, promotion and workplace culture.

The program explores stereotypes and structural barriers that create legal, reputational and performance risk. Participants gain practical tools to interrupt bias and strengthen equitable decision-making across the employee lifecycle. Aligned with gender equality and anti-discrimination obligations, including Positive Duty reforms, the training supports measurable progress toward fair and inclusive workplaces.
