Disability Awareness in the Workplace Program
Building accessible and inclusive workplace practices.

Program Overview
Disability Awareness in the Workplace builds the knowledge and practical skills to create accessible, inclusive and legally compliant workplaces. Using a social model lens, participants explore how systems, environments and attitudes create barriers and strengthen confidence in inclusive communication and reasonable adjustments.
Aligned with the Disability Discrimination Act and WHS obligations, the program supports discrimination prevention, reduces psychosocial risk and fosters psychologically safe workplaces where people with disability can thrive.
