Course Overview
This course introduces employees to the foundations of psychological safety and the role everyone plays in creating respectful, supportive and high-performing workplaces. Participants explore how everyday behaviours, communication and team dynamics influence trust, inclusion and wellbeing, and how psychosocial hazards such as conflict, exclusion and poor communication can create workplace risk.
Aligned with Work Health and Safety and Respect at Work obligations, the course provides practical tools employees can use to contribute to safer conversations, stronger teamwork and a more positive workplace culture.
