Program Overview

Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace equips leaders and employees with the practical skills to identify, assess and manage psychosocial risks in line with Australian Work Health and Safety laws.

The program examines how factors such as poor work design, excessive workload, role ambiguity, bullying and ineffective leadership create risk, impact mental health and expose organisations to legal and operational consequences.

Focused on prevention and practical application, this training builds capability to conduct psychosocial risk assessments, implement effective controls and embed proactive risk management into everyday leadership and organisational systems.
