Intersectionality in the Workplace
When different aspects of identity overlap at work

Program Overview
Intersectionality in the Workplace builds understanding of how overlapping aspects of identity — such as culture, gender, age, ability and background — shape people’s experiences at work.
The program explores how bias, privilege and workplace systems can create different outcomes for individuals, even within the same team. Participants strengthen their awareness of subtle and structural barriers and develop practical strategies to promote fairness, psychological safety and inclusive behaviour in everyday work.
Focused on real-world application, this training supports organisations to build equitable systems, reduce risk and foster respectful, inclusive workplace cultures.
