Program Overview
Contact Officer Program builds the capability of workplace Contact Officers to act as a trusted, impartial first point of contact for concerns relating to bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation and workplace conflict.
The program strengthens awareness, role clarity and confidence in managing sensitive conversations, providing confidential guidance and navigating policies and escalation pathways appropriately. With a strong focus on early intervention, Positive Duty compliance and risk reduction, the training supports organisations to address issues early and reinforce psychologically safe, respectful and legally defensible workplace practices.
