Anti-Racism in the Workplace Program
Building the capability to recognise, interrupt and prevent racism at every level of the organisation.

Program Overview
Anti-Racism in the Workplace equips employees and leaders with the knowledge and practical skills to recognise, prevent and respond to racism, from overt discrimination to subtle behaviours that undermine psychological and cultural safety. The program examines racism at individual, interpersonal and systemic levels, helping participants identify bias, interrupt harmful conduct and strengthen accountability.
Delivered using culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices, the training supports compliance, reduces psychosocial risk and fosters workplaces where culturally diverse and First Nations employees feel respected and safe.
