Program Overview

Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness in the Workplace strengthens cultural capability by deepening understanding of histories, cultures and contemporary experiences, and how these shape workplace interactions today.

The program explores the ongoing impacts of colonisation, systemic barriers and bias, helping participants recognise how behaviours and systems can either reinforce inequity or promote cultural safety.
