Diversity Australia was founded to support organisations navigating increasingly complex workforce challenges relating to diversity, inclusion, safety and culture. We recognised that many organisations needed practical, evidence-based guidance to meet legal obligations while also building more inclusive and high-performing workplaces. Since then, we have partnered with organisations across Australia to provide training, consulting and strategic support that helps turn intention into meaningful action.

We provide a range of services designed to strengthen workplace culture, leadership capability and organisational compliance. These include online and face-to-face training, consulting, leadership development programs, coaching and keynote presentations. Our programs cover areas such as respectful workplaces, inclusive leadership, psychological safety, psychosocial hazards, diversity and inclusion, and inclusive recruitment.
