Respect at Work – Leaders (AU) is an online, self-paced course designed for leaders, managers and supervisors. It provides practical guidance on preventing workplace harassment, discrimination and sexual harassment, while strengthening respectful workplace cultures.

Participants explore leadership responsibilities under Australian legislation, including obligations related to respectful workplace behaviour and the prevention of unlawful conduct. The course also equips leaders with practical strategies to respond appropriately to complaints, manage workplace risks and create team environments where respectful behaviour is clearly expected and reinforced.
