Respect at Work – Employees is an online, self-paced course designed for all employees. It helps participants understand what respectful workplace behaviour looks like and why it is essential for safe, inclusive and productive work environments.
The course explores inappropriate workplace behaviours such as harassment, bullying and sexual harassment, as well as the legal and organisational expectations that guide respectful conduct. Participants learn how to recognise unacceptable behaviour, understand their rights and responsibilities, and contribute to workplace cultures built on respect, safety and accountability.
