Neurodiversity in the Workplace – Employees is an online, self-paced course designed for all employees. It introduces neurodiversity as a natural and valuable dimension of human variation and explores how different thinking styles contribute to workplace innovation and performance.

Participants learn about common neurodivergent profiles and the barriers that workplace systems or behaviours may unintentionally create. The course also provides practical strategies to improve communication, foster understanding and contribute to inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent colleagues feel supported and able to thrive.
