Anti-Racism in the Workplace (AU/NZ) is an online, self-paced course designed for all employees. It provides participants with the knowledge and tools to recognise, understand and respond to racism in Australian and New Zealand workplace contexts.
The course explores how racism can appear in everyday workplace interactions and systems, including its historical and ongoing impact on First Peoples. Participants learn how to identify different forms of racism, support colleagues who may experience it, and contribute to creating respectful, inclusive workplaces where discrimination is actively challenged.
