Active Bystander Behaviour in the Workplace – Leaders is an online, self-paced course designed for leaders, managers and supervisors. It equips leaders with the knowledge, practical tools and strategies to move beyond bystander awareness and actively lead a culture of upstandership within their teams.
Participants learn how to recognise early warning signs of misconduct, assess risks and barriers to intervention, and apply practical intervention strategies such as direct, distract and delegate. The course also explores the leadership role in embedding psychological safety, supporting employees who speak up, and sustaining a workplace culture where respect, accountability and ethical behaviour are actively reinforced.
