Active Bystander Behaviour in the Workplace is an online, self-paced course designed for all employees. It equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognise and respond to harmful workplace behaviours such as harassment, discrimination and other inappropriate conduct.
The course introduces practical strategies for safe intervention, including communication, de-escalation techniques and understanding power dynamics. Participants also explore common barriers to speaking up and develop the confidence to intervene in ways that prioritise safety and wellbeing for everyone involved.
