In module one, we introduce you to psychosocial hazards and discuss the role of leadership in mitigating the impact of psychosocial hazards on employee wellbeing and workplace performance.

We then examine legislation regarding psychosocial hazards in module two.

In module three, we cover how to assess, manage and control risks.
