Course Outline:
Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace for Leaders and Executives

In module one, we introduce you to psychosocial hazards and discuss the role of leadership in mitigating the impact of psychosocial hazards on employee wellbeing and workplace performance. 

We then examine legislation regarding psychosocial hazards in module two

In module three, we cover how to assess, manage and control risks. 

 

Module four discusses ethical bystanders. 

In module five, we cover bullying and harassment as psychosocial risks. 

Module six discusses stress and burnout. 

In module seven, we provide an overview of diversity and inclusion. 

Finally, in module eight, we discuss policy formulation and implementation.
